OS for Founder – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OS for Founder application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

1. About the Service

OS for Founder is an AI + HI operating system designed to help founders and enterprises in the UAE and GCC build, structure, and scale their ventures. The Service includes workflows, recommendations, marketplace interactions, data processing, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google services.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Legally capable of forming a binding contract
Using the Service on behalf of yourself or a legally recognized organization

By accessing the Service, you represent that the above statements are true.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of AI + HI Features

OS for Founder uses:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) for automation, recommendations, pattern analysis
Human Intelligence (HI) through marketplace contributors, advisory elements, and human-led review when applicable

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete
HI contributors are independent professionals vetted for alignment but not employees of OS for Founder
You are responsible for verifying outputs before making business or financial decisions

The Service provides decision-support, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Marketplace Participation

The Service includes a marketplace for AI and HI contributors.

For Founders (Users):

You may purchase or engage services from contributors at your discretion
OS for Founder is not liable for work performed by third-party contributors

For Contributors:

You must comply with platform policies
You must deliver work that aligns with the purpose and ethos of the OS for Founder ecosystem
Payment terms and revenue-sharing will be outlined upon onboarding

OS for Founder may suspend or remove contributors who violate guidelines.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service
Access data you do not have permission to view
Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service
Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Use the Service to compete or create derivative systems

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination.

7. Third-Party Integrations (Including Google Services)

The Service may integrate with external platforms. By enabling such integrations, you allow the Service to access the data required for functionality.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Access is granted only with your explicit consent
You may revoke permissions at any time
OS for Founder does not store, share, or sell Google user data beyond what is necessary to provide the feature

Use of third-party services is also governed by their respective policies.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

As of now the features are free to subscribe. But in the future some features may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

Fees are billed in AED unless otherwise stated
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
Failure to pay may result in suspension of access
No refunds are issued except as required by law or stated in promotional terms

Marketplace transactions with contributors follow separate pricing terms.

9. Intellectual Property

OS for Founder retains all rights to:

Content
Workflows
Designs
Algorithms
Marketplace infrastructure

Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you upload.

10. Data Rights and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by the OS for Founder Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, use, and share data.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated content will always be accurate
Marketplace contributors will meet your expectations

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OS for Founder is not liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data
Errors arising from AI-generated output
Actions of marketplace contributors
Business decisions made based on platform recommendations

Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Misuse the Service
Engage in activities harmful to the platform or community

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, access to your data will follow the Data Retention and Deletion Policy as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur:

The updated Terms will be posted on our official domain
We will notify users in-app when required

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise specified.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within the UAE.
